TRADE SHOWS

Before becoming a prfeosseional host, I spent a few years working in lead generation, supporting my clients to make their trade show attendance a success and connecting with prospects and existing customers at their booth.

I love the buzz and energy of trade shows and the opportunity they provide for building quality relationships with new and existing customers. Attending a trade show can feel like attending a gigatntuic marktplace. Lots of products from competitiors selling similar things, all wacompeting for the same thing: attention.

The poandemic has fundamentally transfomed how we meet and why we meet. As event planners, we must thinkcreatively about how to stand out from the crowd and connect with our desired audience.

A well-thought through trade show communication concept can do a lot for attracting, engang and nurturing the prospects that you would like to connect with. A skilled and experienced trade show moderator like myself can helo bring your creative concept to life. Whether it's mini  expert talks, interactive games to engage your audience, or practical live case study demos at your booth, I can help you engage with your customers and prospects in a warm, open and professional manner.

Thanks to my many years of sales and lead generation experience at trade shows, I will provide your sales' teams with tips to ensure they make the most of every single contact they meet during the show.

The Art of Connection

The purpose of almost every event is to bring people together and provide a space for connection, learning and the exchange of perspectives. Often enough this is done through discussion-based formats such as panels, interviews, fishbowl discussions or interactive roundtables.

Enabling and leading insightful conversations is my favourite part of being a moderator/MC/host. I love bringing people together and creating a safe space for everyone to feel comfortable to share their perspective. In addition, finding meaningful ways to engage and involve the audience in the discussions held on stage is absolutely essential to the success and impact of an event.

I invest a lot of time and energy to prepare thoroughly for the discussions I lead, ensuring I am up to date with the latest trends and diving deep into the matter at hand. The preparatory phase of doing extensive research on the topics at hand, curating impactful and relevant content/questions as well as briefing speakers ahead of the event, is as important to me as the delivery itself.

As a moderator, I act as a link between audience, ideas, and speakers. I create a "container" where people feel open and at ease. My academic background and professional experience in HR and People Development have helped me build a talent in getting the best out of people and making everyone feel seen and heard.
